Our Coffee Talk

Our Coffee Talk focuses on educating clients on how to make “The Golden Cup”—the ultimate coffee-drinking experience, regardless of the brewing apparatus used. Broadly speaking, the following topics are covered during the experience:

• The geography and climate of the world’s finest coffee-growing regions.
• The harvesting and processing journey of these exceptional beans, from farm to roaster.
• An overview of the roasting process, emphasizing the importance of freshness and proper storage.
• The significance of fresh grinding and selecting the right grind level for different brewing methods.
• Brewing guidelines using simple, affordable techniques to achieve the Golden Cup.

Throughout the talk, clients will participate in blind tastings of coffee from different regions of Africa. At the end of the session, they are invited to share their feedback and preferences.

Wherever possible, a "show and tell" approach is used, with demonstrations featuring coffee trees, green beans, growing regions, grind styles, and more.

Cost

R275.00 per person (incl. VAT).
