How to Make Green Coffee Bean Extract
Share
Ingredients:
- Green Coffee Beans ā Any type of raw, un-roasted coffee bean can be used. Higher-quality beans from regions like Colombia produce a richer, full-bodied extract.
- Distilled Water ā Used to prevent chlorine or minerals from affecting the taste and properties of the extract.
Brewing Method:
- Use 57g of green coffee beans per 250ml of water.
- Place both in a tea pot or medium saucepan with a lid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for at least an hour.
- Strain out the beans using a slotted spoon or fine strainer.
š Tip: The longer the mixture sits, the stronger the extract will be.
