How to Make Green Coffee Bean Extract

Ingredients:

  • Green Coffee Beans ā€“ Any type of raw, un-roasted coffee bean can be used. Higher-quality beans from regions like Colombia produce a richer, full-bodied extract.
  • Distilled Water ā€“ Used to prevent chlorine or minerals from affecting the taste and properties of the extract.

Brewing Method:

  1. Use 57g of green coffee beans per 250ml of water.
  2. Place both in a tea pot or medium saucepan with a lid.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for at least an hour.
  5. Strain out the beans using a slotted spoon or fine strainer.
