Shipping Policy

Delivery Service:
We use The Courier Guy to deliver all orders across South Africa. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We aim to keep these as affordable and transparent as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to all orders over R750. Shipping discount will apply on checkout. 

Order Processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to roast, pack and dispatch your order.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened items at your own cost within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags unless the product is defective or incorrect.
