1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items such as coffee beans, ground coffee, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement at no extra cost.
- A refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened coffee products.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Sale or promotional items.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
