Zambia

Zambia is an unusual growing area for Arabica coffee – not because the terrain is unsuitable, but more because coffee growing is scarce. Like South Africa, many farmers have chosen to plant faster-yielding crops like avocadoes and berries, which grow in the same conditions as coffee – higher ground, milder temperatures and fertile soil. So, to get this coffee is a really special find!

Grown in the Central part of Zambia, near the South Luangwa National Park, this coffee presents a bright citric sweetness, with a creamy body and a medium, dark roast profile. A gem of a coffee, which we probably won’t see around for some time to come.
